1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Quiztos ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. The Platform provides frictionless, zero-latency educational assessment tools for creators and participants.

2. Creator Accounts

To publish assessments, creators must authenticate via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and all activities that occur under your session. Quiztos reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate our community guidelines or abuse the platform's API limits.

3. Participant Anonymity

Participants are not required to create accounts to take assessments. Display names entered before starting a quiz are used solely for the creator's analytics dashboard. Participants are expected to provide appropriate display names and maintain academic integrity while using the Platform.

4. Content Ownership

Creators retain all intellectual property rights to the quizzes and payload data they upload. By publishing a quiz, you grant Quiztos a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process the assessment data for the purpose of operating the Platform.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for zero-latency and 99.9% uptime via Edge infrastructure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or perfectly preserved analytics in the event of extreme network failure.

6. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Quiztos offers monthly subscription packages that grant advanced creation, management, and detailed analytics privileges.

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are processed securely via **Rapid Gateway** using local cards, bank transfers, or mobile wallets (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast).
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your package at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.
  • Non-Refundability: Because our services are digital and delivered immediately upon transaction confirmation, **all purchases are final and non-refundable**. We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
